I’ve used Phillips, Dunn, Shriver & Carroll twice. The first time was for a tax sale property closing, and that went fine. The second time was a legal dispute with neighbors—and it was a nightmare. Communication was terrible, responses were delayed for weeks at a time, and I had to constantly chase them for updates.
