Terrible firm, would not recommend Extremely Incompetent attorney, THEY didn’t realized the sale was a short sale until 4 days before closing. Purchase contract was signed 6 months prior. Made me lose tons of money, my dream house and my health. Stay away!!!! EDIT: the sale fell through because of YOUR incompetence, lack of due diligence and all around carelessness. Richard Artura gave myself and mother great advice for the current and future challenges we'll be facing. He was direct, honest, and upfront about potential issues we could have. I'm glad we took the time to speak face to face. Watch out though! His passion truly moves! A pen cap and paperclip were not spared, falling to the floor as he did the math!
