Used him to review a commercial lease. Terrible! I dont think he reviewed the lease until 15 minutes before we got there. He had it for an entire week, and did absolutely nothing to it. It was a complete waste of time. When we got there, he asked us what we wanted him to do with the lease. No comments, no helpful advice, nothing except a waste of money. We hired another lawyer to do it for us and got back a red-lined lease complete with comments and advice in 4 days. Phillip Smith is not worth the money.
