I have been going to Philip Morgan's estate sales for years. I think he and his staff are always prepared and have always treated me and my wife with great customer service.
I don't normally do reviews, however in this case we wanted to share the outstanding experience we had working with Phillip and his team. We had a fairly large estate to liquidate, Phillip and his team were very knowledgable on the items value and did an amazing job of staging furniture and sale items. In addition his advanced posting of our major items definitely increased the traffic and assured we sold some large items. I saw the people running the auction of Nov. 20-22 2020 chasing off customers with their corona virus fear-mongering. They treated people like lepers, scanning them with temperature guns and yelling at people about masks. I certainly didn't feel respected or even welcome there.
I found Philip to be very rude. He does not have any customer service skills. He slammed a door behind me at 12:59....me saying the sale started at 1:00pm. Making smart comments the whole time about 1:00 means 1:00. When his employee had said we could go in. This was in front of other customers. The whole place was disorganized. Items not for sale should be clearly labeled or NOT out. Again I was appalled at how I was treated. I left immediately and would not ever buy from any sale he is a part of.
