Phillip Lemmons is a racist. He posted the following on the American Bankers Association Facebook page: "Skin color politics is played out. It's been used for over a century to divide our country. Don't you realize that DEI was weaponized against white people, especially straight white men. It was a license to discriminate. Thank God, President Trump ended that nonsense."

In my opinion, Phil Lemmons is an embarrassment to the legal profession. His bully tactics and caustic commentary are only two of many reasons to despise this man. Phil Lemmons has used his training, position, and law license to verbally accost innocent people for immoral purposes, and to cheat them out of what they rightfully deserve.
