Terrible customer service. Failed to ship two of three items I ordered in July for holiday delivery. Nasty email to me implying I was unreasonable for asking him to ship what I ordered. Failed to reply to the first 10 plus emails. Promised he would ship items and refund my money. Did neither. Had to do charge back with AmEx.

If the time frame of waiting for a product exceeds what a lot of customer's consider to be average (more than a month) that information should be posted on the website prior to orders being placed - transparency is everything! I placed my order on Dec 18, 2020 and after numerous emails, I FINALLY received them today; they are very delicious, but an eight month delay?! I waited because I wanted to patronize a black owned company, but honestly, I couldn't see myself placing another order or referring anyone to them in the fut... read more

Their customer service is terrible. I ordered chocolates on Dec 21st, 2020 and today is July 7th. Guess what still no chocolates and for $69 I should have had a refund or chocolates by now. They are unresponsive and make promises they can't keep. The most disturbing part is that they are posting on IG with their celebrity clients as if they are the only ones that matter. Extremely disappointed in this business.
