Requested a branch pick up for my credit card delivery last January and didnt receive any update until today March 27 that my request was denied. I waited for almost two months for this credit card only to be answered by the branch employee that my request was not accepted and I have to call PNB again to request a delivery to my home address so I have to wait for another week for that card. I mean I called so many times to this branch for follow up, they even ask for my number so they can text me for any updates but no respo... read more
Rude and unprofessional. Banker doesn't seem to want to work. Despite the bank completely empty, they dont want to assist. Save yourself from the trouble and skip this branch like a plague.
Website stated I only need 1 Valid ID to open an account but I was required to present 2. That's on me. They said I need a document (an ID) to prove that I am actually working in the area for security purposes. They're smack in the middle of IT Park so I don't know what kind of suspicious persons are opening a bank account in their branch.
