Palitan na yung mga staff matatanda na, no offense. If they want to keep their old staff then re-train them to be more professional and accommodating to their clients. They look not knowledgable on their services. Cheap looking bank. Dont settle, Anyway I recommend RCBC nalang.
Staff is all smiles and zero service or rather zero knowledge of the services they offer. Waste of time banking with PNB.
