Philip's efficiency in preparing all our document for a property purchase was out of this world! All our documents were ready for our signatures, before we even started discussing a meeting date! At the meeting, we went through all documents in as much detail as we requested. He was supportive and answered all our questions, with ease and a vast knowledge of the property sector.
Philip went above and beyond. Fantastic communication, speedy delivery, and a genuinely positive attitude made everything hassle-free. Very kind and generous human being on multitude of levels, including being so well versed in legalese. You want a person like that on your team. Better call Philip!

Philip was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and willing to work on the weekend where needed. Was also fairly priced for the work involved (buying a condo). Highly recommended.
