Phil photographed my twin daughter's B'not Mitzvah. He did a great job at the service as well as the reception. The pictures looked great from the electronic files; however, he has not provided us with the albums that were in the contract. I have tried to email, text, and call Phil multiple times with no return. My next step is contacting a lawyer but wanted all to be warned about his lack of fulfilling his contractual obligations.
