Had a paper notarized there last winter, was charged $125. I was stupid, should of asked before having it done...by a student, going to have one done tomorrow in Athabasca for$50.

Carrie (the woman running the show) was incredibly courteous and respectful with a pleasant and refreshing sassy attitude. It made my unpleasant expectations of visiting a lawyer completely evaporate. I had a very complicated problem that Carrie cleaned up and explained for me in layman’s terms. She prepared everything with competence and walked me through the process of signing with Mr. Lokken. I absolutely recommend the Lokken office and look forward to the next time I get to deal with them in the future.
