careful to this lawyer , use better judgement I completely agree with Ken S. He don't return most of my calls or reply to most of my mails or questions. His staff told me even they leave him a note he will not reply, they give me different alibi's . I receive an agreement that was not even proof read because the other party addressed me he & she. Run the other way! Does not return phone calls or respond to letters. Does not act proactively on behalf of his clients. Files are lost or mislaid; time sensitive matters are left to default. Hides behind his staff - never gets caught with his excuses down. Has been censured by the courts and Bar for lack of professionalism. Steer clear!
