Great service
Thank you Derek I stopped in for a bike tube. I had limited knowledge on bikes and their technology. Derek treated my 10$ sale professionally and assisted me with some additional gear. I plan to upgrade my bike soon. Derek at Philbricks will be my first stop!

We had an awful experience here with management treating us with a condescending and dismissive attitude-failing to communicate in the most basic terms of customer service. Buying a bike should be a fun experience. The only compliment I can give is to the floor sales staff. The manager was so rude and abrupt. I would never want this person to represent my brand.
