Great customer service
Searched for what I thought was a simple part for my Brand New snowboard bindings. Not even the Retailer I bought from had it. Found several outside the USA. Fortunately Philbrick's had the right part, charged a very fair price and delivery fee and got it to me before my next ride a few days later. Real impressed, saving their site for any other MTB or Snowboard needs! Cheers!
Just got some snowboard gear (helmet, goggles, boots) from here the other day. Was helped downstairs with helmet and goggle first, super easy and good help. Then I went upstairs for boots, and the dude that helped me out up there, Ryan maybe? Anyway, he was the man, super helpful, asked me a few questions then brought out several boots for me to try out. Nick and Meg at Philbrick's are very professional and friendly. They did a great job getting me a new bike that they unboxed, built, tuned, repacked, and shipped directly to me very promptly. The packing job was excellent with no damage during shipping. They packed the bike so it was very easy to assemble once I got it. I would definitely recommend Philbrick's to anyone! I entered the store and was immediately given help. I wanted to get back into XC skiing. Drew had so much information to share and made my purchase experience so easy.
