Tracy and Tyler were great! If you need help in figuring out the best type of sneaker for your activity, Tracy and Tyler can help. My current shoe was a half size too big, had a rise on the heel and wearing white cotton socks caused pain and blisters. Tracy got me all sorted out, helped me learn that "sneakers expire" (who knew??) and get into a pair of Altra's Torin 8's. No better customer service than from Tyler.
I came in on a Saturday afternoon. One customer was being served and another was served by a second employee shortly after my arrival. I loitered a bit while the two customers talked about shoes they wanted. Then another customer came in. That customer proceeded to barge right into the middle of everyone and demand attention. One of the staff promptly started multitasking with the new customer who wanted an insole. Still nobody acknowledged me. I don't know why. My experience here today was great. Tracey was so kind to me and my family. She spent the time fitting me and my husband in the right shoe type and size for our needs since we are new to distance running. We tried on several different shoes before making a decision. We will definitely be back.
