Rachel is truly one of a kind and an absolute standout as a senior loan officer. I had buyers who were looking to downsize to a condo. They did not have much cash, and they really had nowhere to go, so selling their house before buying the condo was not an option for them. Steve was able to find a bridge loan that enabled them to close on their new condo before selling their existing home. Working with Steve is a pleasure.
