Great customer service, nice friendly welcoming employees
Horrible customer service when I called for help with the online banking. Gave her my address, social , and she still wouldn't help me set it up. Pulled out all my money and went elsewhere. Fire that old witch.

Called member services and the condescending jerk on the phone was no help what so ever. We recently came to this bank and realized we would not be bring our contracting business acct here because of check cashing policy. Today we dealt with memeberservices over a personal checking possible fraud situation. Not staying with this bank.
