Phil has a deep institutional knowledge and is able to offer efficient and creative solutions. After extensive dealings with other third party mortgage brokers and dealing directly with banks, Phil’s services are by far a cut above. He was able to offer far better mortgage rate and principal. He was available by phone outside of business hours to accommodate a demanding work schedule.
Phil has been amazing throughout the entire process, he took over our file last minute and has worked miracles for us with an unstable market.
