Working with Phil was so incredibly easy and honestly enjoyable from start to finish. He is a true professional, answered all of our questions thoroughly, timely responses and made us feel at ease in our first home buying experience. Phil was great! He answered my question and called me if I missed anything. To me it was the bank/ lender. I had to send documents more than I had with other lenders. I bought a condo before and didn’t have to provide multiple documents. Also, I had to have reserve for at least a year and had to put a 10% down. Double the work than other lenders. Overall, interest rates were equally the same as lenders although they required much more documentation.
Phil was a delight during this confusing and stressful process. Extremely responsive, supportive, and willing to teach me the important points enough for me to feel comfortable making important decisions. Extremely grateful I had him in my corner for this mortgage process!
