Phil's office has always helped with questions about laws and employees rights and great with work men's comp. I recommend this office and these people to any one with issues or law issues. Fast replys and always able to help
As a person, I liked Phil, as a lawyer, he did e NO favors. I let him help me on two workmanship comp, no Cash. No workmanship comp ck, but 2 , in a year.Then I let him convince me to file disability. A whole year went by with my a my sons case just sitting on a desk, NEVER looked at. Good luck because he is in the judges, (good ole boys club). He used the same judge on both my cases, kinda funny, they were friends. This law office does not communicate with you. Every time you attempt to contact your attorney they will say they are on the phone or in a meeting. They will not fight for you and represent you the way they portray they will. I will not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. I am very dissatisfy with the service I received from this office.
