Philmead house is a great care home, I started working at this wonderful home in 2004, for around 11years, left for a while and have been back nearly 3 years, one of the very best care home in Coventry. Management and staff are all friendly, we deliver the highest quality care . Empathy. I would highly recommend this home.
A friend complained that he felt his father did not receive adequate attention and care at this home .His reasons made sense.
Absolutely wonderful care home, the staff are fantastic - I thank goodness every day we chose this home for my Mum, they are like our extended family. My Mum has been a resident now for 2.5 years and during lockdown they were exceptional in their dedication to keeping everyone safe & well. The food is amazing, gardens beautiful and everywhere spotlessly clean.
Lovely home, very warm and friendly, fabulous garden... nice bedrooms and lounge, staff are wonderful and always willing to do their best for residents and families.
