Unethical way of doing business. Make 100% sure that you get a quote before paying any money whatsoever or better still go elsewhere as these people don't practice Australian way of doing business.
Unfortunately I had dealt with Neil Hartley, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a solicitor. Unprofessional, disorganised, lack of communication. A very disappointing service in many ways indeed. After leaving and finding another solicitor that did the job in a professional, stress free manner and explained everything in one sitting, which should had been done in the first place.
Brilliant.
Had a meeting with them about a work incident, after I sent he what he needed I never herd frim him again, I call several times, left messagrs but never got a call or email back, go else where.
