I originally contacted Phil about a simple massage but was blown away by the depth of his knowledge and sensitivity during our sessions! He was able to detect past injuries and stiff areas without any discussion and not only loosened my hips and lower back but gave me excellent movement tools to keep me on track. Phil has a very holistic approach and also provided some tips for keeping me grounded and focused in a world that can be very distracting. I would highly recommend contacting him for a real human tune up!
