I had a wonderful experience with Phil. I was able to work through anxiety with him and get great results. I highly recommend Phil to anyone who is one wanting to work through challenges.

I saw Phil going back roughly 2 years ago now. I went there for anxiety related issues. I will admit I was pretty sceptical about it all but figured I would give it a go and see how it went. I was shocked by the difference it made even after one session. I went in there trembling in my hands, and I left calm and still. All I can say is, don’t think about it, just do it. I highly recommend both Phil and he’s services he offers.

Phil has done wonders for helping me over come my angry management. I wouldn’t say I get super angry, but I had a lot of issues with having a short temper. Which my kids were starting to also pick up, so I knew I needed to make a change. Even after my first session, I felt like so much weight was lifted off my shoulders, and I felt so much calmer.
