I went to see Phil as a bit of a last resort, I had been drinking excessively and heavily for a very long time and it got to a point where my health was suffering, my GP had discussed the alcohol issue with me many times but I didn’t listen and kept on doing what I was doing until it had to stop, I didn’t want to take medications to stop drinking and started searching ways to help myself..I was in a position now where if I kept drinking I was going to end up with severe liver problems and complications.
