I bought a ticket from them which matched the lowest price from other travel agents. Unknown to me at that time they charged me an extra \$60 for that ticket. When I got my cc bill I called them and they told they would reverse that extra amount. They never did. I called them again and they told me they would send me a check. I have not received it and they have not returned my calls. I would advise other people to use other travel agents.
