First, my husband and I had no problems with buying screen protectors and phone cases in the past. I am only complaining about staff member, Derek's recent sale of a consigned second-hand Samsung A54 to me. He seemed friendly and fair. He only accepted cash but did not charge me tax. Reasonably priced. $140 to fix a broken iPad screen. It took about a week.

EDIT - I love that I wrote this review 4 years ago.. and only now you respond... not only that, but are rude and tell me to shop at a flea market for cheaper prices 😂. This is why you only have 3 stars. EXCELLENT customer service. 🙄 Expensive

老板小伙子上海人，在丽晶摸爬滚打好多年了，以前卖电脑修电脑给人打工，现在自己做老板，最近又开始增加修手机服务。能够经营那么多年，总有水平支持。他当时打工时，公司卖给我的电脑，5，6年了工作还正常。我最近手机充电口 出了问题，充不了电，他很快就解决了问题。当然，这属于小毛病，大毛病估计他也能对付。他的店东西太多，有点杂乱，如果搞得整洁一点，会更好
