Reported that I got $550 back from ANZ class action and still have not recieved my funds into my nominated bank account. Not happy. Edit. Forgot that I got it.
I have recently had dealings with Phi Finney McDonald regarding a current class action. I felt a bit overwhelmed by the research gathering and form completion required. I decided it might be best to send an email, with some of my questions. I soon received a reply email. I was also contacted by Michael Bell, one of the lawyers working with the Class Action Team at PFM. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. A follow up email from Michael also provided guidance. Difficult for me to contact with any questions. The phone number has an automated message prompting you to go to the FAQs on their website. Please hire a few people to take calls! In the meantime, I have decided not to engage with Phi Finney McDonald for any business because of, in my opinion, the poor channels of communication.
This excuse for a law firm specialising in nonsense CLASS Actions where they endlessly annoy you with emails requesting to join the action. Of course history shows that the big winners in class actions are ALWAYS the law firms. Do better PFM.
