This is absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Insurance company has sent them 3 checks to pay off the loan. The first 2 times they claimed they didn’t have it. The 3rd time was sent via fedex with tracking & signature required, they received it & then proceeded to tell me it would take a couple of days to apply it to the loan, after waiting for that to happen called again & was told up to 5 days & to call back. If I could give negative starts I would. Absolute horrible company to deal with. It wasn't my file, but I was authorized to speak on it to help a client out after their significant others passing and this company held onto their check for weeks without paying the loan off, so they were just sitting there with the check accruing interest. Not taking care of their customer. Each person that works for them isn't from the US, so be ready to not understand a thing they say and they don't understand a thing you say.

Under false pretense, due to my good credit they offered a lower interest rate and unbenounced to me the reset my remaining 7 years and added another 30 years costing another 400,000.00 to save 17,000.00. Switch and bait.

One of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Bad service, poorly trained employees, missed commitments. Now the phone system just hung up on me. Indescribably bad.
