I asked this mortgage company to change an error they made on my Annual Escrow Analysis statement. They refuse to correct the error. I never asked them in the first place to put my water/sewer bill in escrow. Why would I do that when I pay my water/sewer bill to a utility company. The only bill I asked them to pay was my SOLID waste bill, in other words, a trash collection bill. I sent them a copy of the bill that I wanted them to put in escrow. NOWHERE on that bill does it say water/sewer bill, nor does it say trash collect... read more
Horrible company. House Payment keeps going up for no reason. I have a fixed mortgage
This is the worst mortgage mortgage company I have experienced. This company has never sent out any statements They did not send out any communications. I had a payment increase without being notified. When I called to ask about it and to receive assistance the only thing they could tell me is that this will negatively affect my credit score. This is predatory at its best.
*WARNING* HORRIBLE COMPANY * Lost home without knowing until too late. Don't personally know about this location in GA, but my dealings with the company from Ohio is great but somehow had to start with office out of Florida, and its been a nightmare.
LITERALLY ZERO STARS!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! You have better luck talking to walls and rocks. They don't talk or try to help you they either repeat themselves no answers to your questions. Or argue with you when they make a mistake.. wish a better company would take over. They like to hang up on you . Everyone in this company is stupid. My first payment was rejected had to pay a late fee and double the mortgage because they made the mistake
