Hard to get a hold of.
Bumped my Mortgage payment up $3000. Don’t work with them they are scammers been chasing them for about a month and a half to fix it and got no answer. Also made me pay additional $6000 which now I think they just stole it. this company is a rip-off watch out.
I was dumped on them by a previous mortgage company. After receiving a point of contact assignment notice, I emailed after my calls were ignored, only to be ignored longer. No response to date. If they switch you to a different department during a call- insurance in my case- there is endless ringing without a voicemail option. Nerve- wrecking lack of communication so far.
This has be the worst company to deal with. I’ve been dealing with this company for a month and still my problem isn’t resolved.
