Horrible mortagage company they never responded you call they keep giving you run around. They don’t allocate your money right. Worst mortgage company ever.
They’re in the business of taking homes from people. Customer service representative not on the same page. Get different answers every time you talk to someone, nothing is consistent. No assistance at all…..
Making a payment by phone is a 6 min task, or setting up auto pay is a joke.
I agree with the rest of the reviews. My payments goes up every year. Saying they did not insurance. And had to use their expensive insurance. I sent it and insurance company sent. Ready for rates to go to refinance,
Stay away this company is not Veteran friendly at all could’ve care less just so much confusion terrible.
