PHH took over the servicing of my loan 2.5 years ago. Their service has been mostly incompetent. I've made every payment on time, yet they failed to pay my homeowners insurance (rolled into my monthly payment) until it was several months overdue. Now, PHH has made a mistake on my taxes owed (they doubled the annual amount) and are going to change my monthly payment drastically. I give a 1 star because they have been a problem since they acquired the loan. They screwed up my escrow account and then instead of fixing the issue they rasied my monthly payments. Kate has not been helpful she has made no effort in resolving our issues she just repeats the problem back to us that we made them aware of. We want others to stay away from them of possible. They are very rude and do not fix any issues.
