Horrible customer service I have never felt so disrespected as a customer needing help with an emergency situation. Shame on them they are definitely NOT people helping people....
The cashier at the Willow Crossing branch just now was very rude, acted like I had a lot of nerve coming to MY bank asking for change, and threw the change at me with no envelope. I have been a loyal member for decades, thinking about changing banks.
Great bank and service if you never have to deal with laschellle Idk if she hates that I'm gay or southern or white but boy does she love to scream at me and belittle me and and had me shaking like a mountain maple leaf fixin fall at first yankee fall tourist that come down threw me right into an autistic meltdown. She'll lie and say she didn't say the things she did to me but I have three witnesses so idc who she lies to I know my truth.
