As a MI resident, I needed help with a Living Trust that was established in AZ. I contacted Phelps LaClair, PLC and they explained what needed to be accomplished. They prepared the legal documents in a quick and professional manner.
A great group of people to work with. The people at Plelps Leclair are highly knowledgeable, personable, willing to do whatever is needed to help with a family trust. I can't recommend them enough.
Beware when you use this firm. Lawyer Ryan Downs was the representative to the estate. From the get go he forewarned he does not handle disputes. But, I did not realized any question from the administrator or a beneficiary consider a dispute. He quit the case in mid way and since I demanded a refund . He sent back $372.00 . Very unprofessional.
