I am 100% happy with the service provided by both Paula and Ashlee over the course of my matter. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the service they offered me. It was a very stressful period for me and they not only gave great advice about how we should proceed legally but they were supportive of me personally and showed understanding of what I was going through. I always felt I was being steered in the right direction.
Very disappointed, they claim to be there when you need them, they don’t respond to calls, they took 10 days to respond to a family law matter which needed 7 day response. I had the discussion if they can’t look after me let me know soo can find alternative support. Again let me down, caused me so much unnecessary stress. They have limited resources and I moved my business to a firm who have proactively supported which has been far less stressful than dealing with Phelan. Time is of the essence with family matters.
Had my first consult with the team at this firm everyone was kind and polite and very knowledgeable my experience with them was hassle free
