I would give this a -5 if I could. This place mistreates their employees. Does back handed things and are messed up to their patients. I have been there and heard/watched it happen. There is a nurse responsible for the care of patients there and he is constantly flirting w aids up front instead of doing his job better if at all.

They were about average, my mom had a community there before she passed. They don't go the extra mile or anything, but they keep up maintenance generally speaking.
