I have lived at this apartment building since 1/1/2020 The apartment is spacious and I truly enjoy living here. When I first moved into the apartment it was run by a property management company. Maintenance was quite an issue. You could never get any repair and requests fulfilled. It was sold to another owner who has his own maintenance crew who are amazing. The new owner has done extensive remodeling and upkeep of the property.
