One of the bartenders was rude
Had an amazing experience at PHD Rooftop in New York. The atmosphere, views, music, and overall vibe were incredible. It’s the perfect spot for a night out with an unbeatable skyline. A special thank you to RJ, who showed us outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived.
