Went in for new tires. They put on the new tires. Service was quick which I appreciate. Still new to biking so not in the habit of a quick inspection after getting a bike back. Just assumed it was ready to ride. They forgot to put my valve covers back on. Didn't notice until Sunday morning when the bike tire was flat. Aired it up. Went for a ride. Impeccable service, knowledgeable and skilled staff, phenomenal pricing. Ever since my truck broke down my bike has been my only ride to work and school. I've needed several repairs over the past few months and each time I go to Phat Tire I am treated like a friend. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
Very helpful with helping us pick out some bikes. Also took time to help us make sure seats were the correct height, etc.
