RecommendedI appreciate Ryan from the Siloam Springs store. He was very friendly and helped me purchase a hard to find bike. He then went out of his way to help deliver it to me.
Went to the Fayetteville location to buy my daughter a bike and was in there 15 mins. We weren’t even acknowledged by staff and they looked around us to greet and help other guests.
RecommendedAwesome service and all the guys are so knowledgeable about bikes and accessories. Won’t go anywhere else.
when you deal with these people, make sure you talk with a adult. It will save you time and money. the children that work there will tell you false information about their services.

Recommendedkudos to Patrick in the Fayetteville shop! He spent several hours working on my mtn bike, replacing a shifter and cable, etc. I went out for a ride, brought it back in to adjust the shifter and he only charged me for changing the cable! He was very patient as I stood and watched him work. He answered all my questions and they gave me coffee while I waited! Great experience!
RecommendedWhat a great experience yesterday. While ridding I got a slice in my tire. I took it in and everyone was so accommodating that I ended up spending close to $700. I couldn’t be happier with the THREE mechanics that worked our 2 bikes in for tires, grips and a few tweaks. Kudos to your crew! I’ll be back for sure.
