You had our wheel for 12 days and gave us nothing but excuses. MoJo in Bentonville fixed it in 2 days!
Out of the 5-6 people working none of them even greeted us when we came in or asked us if we needed any help at all. They did however make time to greet the people that walked in behind us.
RecommendedHad to have both gear changer assemblies replaced on wife’s Townie. John diagnosed-gave estimate and repaired in less than two hours. On a Saturday! Cost half of what I expected and works great now! Highly recommend Phat Tire for all of your bicycle needs!

I absolutely recommend this place! I went in there earlier today to get a feel for what kind of bike I want to commute with. The guy who helped me was named Alex and he was a super knowledgeable guy. Any questions I had (and there were many) he responded with good advice and worlds of patience. The bikes he showed me fit perfectly and he adjusted the seats and let me ride around the parking lot.
