The owner was professional and polite, bikes were fun to ride ! Rode 8 miles in one hour and didn't feel the slightest bit tired.

great place to rent electric bikes and amazing customer service! one of the bikes we were using was running low on battery at the end of the ride, and we let them know, and they gave us the experience for free since they said they guarantee that all customers should have an amazing full experience with the electric bikes. their staff is very nice and accommodating and the bikes are super fun to use. i would totally recommend!
I bought a zip Zuma Luxe 2.0 from Phat Rides upon Bobby's recommendation after test riding several e-bikes here and elsewhere. I was was looking for a reasonably priced, crank forward e-bike with a torque sensing motor. This was it! Thanks, Bobby.
