Amazing service.
I'm giving a 5 or better to Phat Moose based on my first experience there. Not only did they take my bike in on a Saturday, I also got a free lesson on brake bleeding from Hope (<---awesome mech!) AND I got to participate in the actual bleed, and then I gave them money, and I then left super happy! I have never seen so much Chris King and Chromag stuff in one spot so I'll be returning for some MTB retail therapy soon! Thanks, Phat Moose!
Best bike shop in the area. The folks running the shop seem to really care about getting people out on their bikes, rather than just trying to sell you stuff.
This is everything you want in a bike store. There's a vibe here and a passion for spinning cranks that you can't fake. It serves as a reminder that some places still have their souls, however quirky, fully intact. I cannot express enough to whoever is reading this how much I have learned from the staff here.
