The place has gone downhill. Limited Overpriced items. Very limited hours. Bad Inventory on line. Overpriced service charges. Owner is more interested in justifying his lifestyle than providing timely service. (took me forever to get appointment). 20 years ago this place was the Queensl U of the 90s, now its the Queens U of the 2020s. Many better places are now open, especially in the west, try FULL CYCLE in Hintonburg. Or MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op in Westboro - ask for John)
Great service. Knowledgeable people. Robin is awesome. Davis knows his business. Update: Changed my complete brakes. Found the leaks I was missing on my rear tire. Good to ride off into the sunset this summer!
They did a good job and were helpful. Totally recommended to everyone.
Phat Moose is legit…. One of the best shops in Ottawa no question, and there’s many good shops here but they stand out. Every single one of their staff knows bikes. Not just 1 kind of bike but all kinds, the beater commuter, the high end carbon, the gravel, mountain, whatever it is they know what needs to be done and how to properly care for your bike. Really can’t stress how nice they are and have always been honest with me. Much love Phat moose you guys rock
Never disappoint. Quality product and service, excellent staff. Road is finished too so street parking is available now.
