This was my go to place for crickets. Have a small gecko that needs the 1/8 size and these were very healthy and lasted quite a while. Now they are online purchase only. I was originally told we would have the option of UPS or USPS. USPS we would have to been able to have them hold at the facility for pickup and the crickets would have a much better chance for survival during the extreme weather months vs being in the back of a truck for a day or two. Great pricing for large quantities but horrendous sizing and poor customer service severely detract from any stars for pricing. 1/4” crickets have come in as *maybe* pinheads for two orders now, and 3/4” were massive 1” chirping adults. A little variation in sizing across orders can be both expected and tolerated, but these discrepancies have been significant. Was looking for a place that carries feeders and have came by a few times and they are always out. Got lucky with some meal worms once. Really recommend Calling first to see what they have before coming here .
