RENTED CAR FOR ONE MONTH>WHEN CAR RETURNED OWNER ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING PREVIOUSLY SMALL TEAR IN SEAT WHICH WAS REPAIRED WITH SUPERGLUE WHEN I PICKED IT UP>ALSO OF BURNING HOLES IN DASH (HAVE NOT SMOKED IN 40 YRS NOR ANY PASSENGERS)>"WILL" THE OWNER WAS SO POSTAL I COULD NOT TALK TO HIM.HE RAN 2 CREDIT CHARGES ONE FOR THE RENTAL WHICH WAS OVERCHARGED AND $1500 FOR UNDOCUMENTED DAMAGE.HE NEVER INSPECTED INTERIOR BEFORE I TOOK OFF.KEPT CLAIMING ALL HIS CARS WERE BRAND NEW (HAD 5000 MILES WHEN I TOOK IT).NONE OF THESE CHARGES W... read more

At the recommendation of the owner of my rental condo, I called these guys to rent a Suburban for the holidays. Wow, could not be more impressed. They were waiting for us at baggage claim and even helped with our bags making life super easy. The car was waiting out front and was hands down the nicest rental car I have ever had- a super loaded brand new Suburban. Price was right and service was luxurious. If there were 6-stars, Phasmid would get them.
I have been renting a Subaru Outback from Phasmid for business trips pretty regularly and am continually impressed with the standard of vehicle, price, and most importantly the renting experience. Seriously, this is the only rental car agency I have ever been to where they know my name and treat me well. Cannot recommend Phasmid enough.
