My laptop was stuck in BSOD and wouldn’t allow me to make the Windows suggested fixes. Was an older laptop and figured I would have to buy a new one but took it into Phase 1 and after a thorough diagnostics advised they could bring it back to life by replacing the hard drive. Laptop is up and running like a brand new computer for a margin of the cost of buying a new one! Very happy with the service and I highly recommend Phase 1 for all your computer issues, you won’t be disappointed :)
