I had a very odd experience. Physically went to the office to inquiry about a trip to Greece and received good information. I requested that they put together a package for us which they readily agreed to do. After a week I wrote to them and reminded them that I was waiting for a quote; I never heard from them again. Now I'd feel uncomfortable using them even if they supplied a quote. Wish they would have said they just don't have the time to help-or whatever.

Owner does not know how to make a reservation. The reservation was invalid and when I politely called to question why I wasn't able to log in, he screamed at me, hung up, and cancelled the ticket. I was appalled at his behavior, and the way he handled the situation.

Mr. Nikos is a very thorough, efficient, promptly responsive professional travel agent, not too many left like him in the age of the internet. He will go the extra mile for his clients. I trust him as completely with reservations on behalf of my clients as with my own bookings & I cannot forget how invaluable he was in assisting my father in his time.
