I’ve been helped by Autumn a number of times and she’s always welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. The overall experience is consistently positive when she’s working. One time there was an issue getting a product to register at checkout, and she handled it calmly and professionally without making it stressful or awkward. She stayed positive throughout and helped get everything sorted out quickly. Just wanted to leave a review because good customer service like that stands out and is appreciated.
