Whoever the older gentleman with the gray mustache/beard is, he is truly not doing this business any favors. Whatever products he’s using there clearly isn’t working. When I asked for help and information on products, I was met with consistent rudeness and attitude from start to finish. Whether he was the owner or simply the employee working on November 16th, the behavior was completely uncalled for and honestly disappointing.
