Great company with great customer service providing customers a top-tier product with professional installation. There are cheaper alternative retractable screen doors with DIY installation, but they will cost you more time, money and frustration in the long run. Christmas came early at my house this year! That’s my new screen door that is fully retractable and pretty freaking awesome. Probably the best part about the entire thing is the customer service. If you’re looking for something similar, check out phantom screens in Lake Oswego, the owner is amazing to work with and the customer service is outstanding. 
We are so pleased with both the quality of the product and super easy process to make it happen, I would give 10 stars if we could. Anne and Steve were excellent. We replaced a 5 y/o retractable screen from another manufacturer which couldn’t make it through two seasons without repairs and replacing broken parts. Although Phantom’s warranty is over the top good, the design and construction of our new Phantom retractable leads me to believe we’re not likely to need it. AV & MJ, West Linn, OR

We are so pleased with our new screen door (and kicking ourselves for not having it installed sooner)! We’d been tempted by the DIY versions at the home improvement stores, but weren’t impressed with their seemingly flimsy feel, design and quality. Phantom Screens has blown us away with their prompt communication, excellent product, fair price and professional installation. Anne and her team have exceeded our expectations!
