Purchased a screen door for our garage door entry way to the kitchen. The quality of the product and ease of opening and closing is superb. The floating screen design allows for ease of fixing in case our dog can’t see the door closed. The technician was on time and his quality of installation was excellent. I’d recommend this product and company.

LITERALLY the worst driver I have ever had to drive around. He was in the left lane the whole time I was behind him and his speeds ranged from 75-90MPH. He kept drifting from the left lane into the right almost causing accidents. Then once it was finally clear and there was no traffic this person continued to drive in the left lane. This forced me to try pass him on the right and as I did he slowly swerved back into the right almost hitting me also! I took pictures of the vechile after that. The experience l had with Phantom Retractable Solutions was GREAT! Working with Becky from the start to finish was wonderful, she provided great customer service in a timely manner. I also appreciated the guys that drove to Indiana to take a look at the tall door and found a way to add a Phantom screen to an 8 feet 7 inches door on the second floor (impressive) I LOVE ❤️ THE RETRACTABLE SCREEN! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! I will be contacting Phantom in the near future for the second screen door. Satisfied Customer

Had a new door installed and of course the phantom screen wouldn’t fit. Called them and they had the greatest guy come out and redo it to fit the new opening. The gentleman who came was great to work with giving us a few options. I highly recommend this company as this is my 2nd screen.
