I was disappointed with my taxi experience.I use this service regularly, but the driver lady took a longer route instead of the direct way to my house, which increased the fare. I hope drivers follow the proper route and provide better services🙂
I am from out of town. The driver dropped me off 3 blocks away from the address. On a hot summer day. Found my way there eventually. Regretting giving him a handsome tip.
This taxi service is excellent! The drivers are very nice, their cars are well kept and they get to you and where you need to go in a timely and safe manner.
